How long does it take to activate the LTE services after delivery?

Telkom LTE

Your Telkom LTE SIM card should be active 24 - 48 hours from sign up.

MTN LTE

Your MTN LTE SIM card can take up to 24 hours to activate after delivery.

Should you have trouble connecting after receiving confirmation of activation, please reboot your device and try to connect again. Please contact our Support team if you do not have a connection after 48 hours.
