If your current web hosting provider has cPanel all you would need to do is create a BACKUP of the site through the control panel, and then upload the backup here to us. We can then unpack your files and it will create the databases etc for you. There is no charge for this restore.

If your webhosting provider does not use cPanel however, we are able to manually create backups of your database and files but will not be able to transfer your email accounts and settings. This service is a paid for service and will be subject to our standar hourly fee. Please contact our support desk using our ticket system and we will be able to send you a costing.

You can also make the transfer by downloading the individual files and then uploading them here to our server. Permissions would by default get set correctly. For the SQL import of your database, you can export a backup of your database, and then upload that file here to our servers. Then just open a ticket with us that you need your SQL database created in cPanel and then restored and provide us the location for your SQL and we can restore it. There is no charge for us to restore the SQL database into our servers.
