Can I have multiple billing contacts? Absolutely! Here's how you'd set that up:
- Log into our customer portal (http://clientzone.linuxweb.co.za)
- Click on "My Details".
- Click on "Add Contacts".
- Fill out the appropriate contact information.
- Select the email notifications you want your user to receive.
- If you'd like the user to have access to log into billing, select the option "Activate Sub-Account". From there you'll be able to assign appropriate permissions and a password.
- Click to save the changes, and that should do the trick.
