Can I have multiple billing contacts?  Absolutely! Here's how you'd set that up:

  1. Log into our customer portal (
  2. Click on "My Details".
  3. Click on "Add Contacts".
  4. Fill out the appropriate contact information.
  5. Select the email notifications you want your user to receive.
  6. If you'd like the user to have access to log into billing, select the option "Activate Sub-Account".  From there you'll be able to assign appropriate permissions and a password.
  7. Click to save the changes, and that should do the trick.
