If your website has been suspended due to non payment of an invoice, once your invoice has been paid, your account will be re-enabled within 1 business day. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately so we can manually re-enable your site.
If your website has been suspended due to abuse of resources or other event, the account will be reactivated once our investigation is completed on the account. In some cases the account will not be reactivated. Clients will be contacted in both situations. Some suspensions due to excessive resource usage are automatic and will be released at the top of the hour.
